While the community sharing and the work at Cascade Joinery is fairly stable, since 1990 nearly 150 people have worked with us; some briefly some for many years. Opportunities for employment occur periodically as people move on to other things in life, and as we grow and change as an organization. We value a positive attitude above all things. The work is interesting and challenging. Everyone is expected to take responsibility for his or her actions, and in return has the freedom to succeed or fail on his or her own merits.
