Cascade Joinery enters year 20

It was much simpler when we started our company. Sharp tools, a reasonably clear head, a sound body and a big pile of pretty timbers seemed like a sure recipe for a good day’s work. And it was good, but twenty years later, there is so much more. We have learned that we are not just in the business of crafting timbers, we are crafting homes; shelters for life; repositories of dreams — we make places.

Poetry, soul, and integrity are big, scary words, but that’s what we need to describe the goals for our work. After all, without that which is implied in these words, any impersonally conceived, poorly sited, and shoddily built house would do. So we ask, “What inspires you?”

We are now one of the Northwest’s oldest timber frame specialists, and our experience is both broad and deep, but each project starts fresh. We listen to you. We collaborate with you...and we aspire to delight you. Anything else is too small.
