This simple cottage features a nearly wrap around porch, vaulted dining room, 2 - 3 bedrooms and 2 baths all in 1800 square feet. The master suite is located on the first floor along with the main living spaces. The second floor contains a second bedroom and flexible exercise room or home office that could easily be converted to a third bedroom. This plan was originally created to be built as a hybrid of timber framing and conventional construction but can easily be adapted to a full timber frame and structural insulated panel (SIP) home as your budget allows.
