How We Work

Cascade Joinery - Timber Framers on top of Mt. Baker

Our Team

More than one hundred diverse and talented people have contributed to Cascade Joinery over the years. We wish we had space to introduce you to all of them.

Company founders, Jeff Arvin and Craig Aument brought complementary abilities to the beginning. Jeff’s teaching background and an enthusiasm for woodworking, combined with Craig’s natural building skills to form a solid nucleus.

Architect Greg Robinson leads the design staff which works with individuals designing timber homes and also in collaborations with other design professionals. John Miller brings his passion for operational excellence to his position as CEO.

The following pages hold some information about a handful of our key personnel. These folks are likely to be among the first people you meet at Cascade Joinery.
